GREAT TRIPS: TITANIC

The Titanic was a British creation that was inagurated on the 10th of April, 1912. The person who created the ship was a man who worked in the company "White Star Line": that man was J. Bruce Ismay.

With 269 metres of length, 28 metres of width and a weight of 50.000 tones, the Titanic sunk because of an iceberg the night between the 14th and the 15th of April, 1912 in the Atlantic Ocean at 23:40. The sinking didn't take more than 3 hours.

Although most of the passengers who travelled in First Class survived, people in more economic classes weren't so lucky: most of them died by drowning or hypothermia.
